CHRISTINA V. MILLS
Christina V. Mills is a spiritual seeker. She teaches yoga and meditation and is the founder of Liveology Yoga Studios, producing uplifting written and video content based on spiritual traditions from across the world.
She is the mind behind Liveology. The editor-in-chief of Liveology Yoga Magazine. Liveology Yoga Studios has hosted groups of all kinds, from bachelorette parties to conferences. She also taught the Fan Controlled Football League for the 2022 season.
She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider with over 1,000 registered teaching hours.
Christina offers graphic design and video creation services for small businesses looking to enhance and harmonize their marketing or create a cohesive brand. She can also be requested to speak or teach yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Christina is the daughter of Felton Williams & Rev. Clara T. Mills, born in San Francisco, CA. She is an alumna of the University of Southern California. The Tournament of Roses gave her the honor of becoming a princess in the 2004 Royal Court, where she received public speaking, etiquette training, and she got to smile and wave in the Rose Parade.
