ashtanga is a traditional style of yoga that provides a structured approach to a daily yoga practice.
everyone begins with primary series. this is a memorized sequence of postures with vinyasa in between.
i first came to ashtanga in 2016 after a car accident. I found ashtanga healing and calming for my body and mind.
there are a host of positive changes that can happen from a daily yoga practice. it's different for everyone.
But over time, consistent practice builds the tapas or inner fire of transformation.
the evolution continues with every morning practice.
I WILL BE TEACHING A BEGINNER COURSE starting march 17.
