Start Your Morning with Surya Namaskar A & B

The #1 question I get from people new to yoga is, “What movements can I do at home to get started?” Surya Namaskar or {Sun Salutations} start the Ashtanga Primary Series and are great first thing in the morning to bring some energy, vitality, and focus to your day.

Here I’m demonstrating 1 Surya Namaskar A and 1 Surya Namaskar B. Start with 5A & 3B first thing in the morning for a week, and focus on coordinating your breathing to each movement. Try it for a week and let me know how you feel! ❤️
